Want to learn more about cold plunging? Ready to take the plunge? Join us for an immersive 1-hour session where we'll guide you through everything you need to know about Cold Plunging. Don't worry if you're new to cold plunging - our Level 1 session is perfect for beginners and will give you the confidence to continue incorporating this invigorating practice into your wellness routine.

  • How To Safely Plunge: Learn the techniques on how to cold plunge effectively. Our expert instructors will walk you through each step, ensuring you're well-prepared for your own plunge
  • Optional Guided Plunge: Conclude the session with an optional guided plunge into the cold waters, guided by seasoned facilitators who will help you embrace the cold with confidence.

This is a prerequisite for our Level 2 Workshops.

This Level 1 session serves as a crucial foundation for those looking to delve deeper into our Level 2 workshops.

What should I bring to the event?

-Yoga mat

-Notebook

If you are choosing to cold plunge please bring the following:

-Bathing suit

-Towel

-Loose and warm comfortable clothing

Optional: water shoes or neoprene socks

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can't attend the event?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for tickets to our events.

What if I have an unexpected emergency or circumstance that prevents me from attending?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While we are unable to provide refunds, you can use your purchased ticket for a future event of ours.
