What to Expect:
Breathwork & Movement :Prepare your mind and body for the ice bath with sessions of focused breathwork and movement. These techniques utilize specific breathing patterns to alleviate stress, relax the mind, and incentivize mental clarity. Through controlled and mindful breathing, we can influence our nervous system, experiencing a soothing sense of balance.
