Increased Activation of Brown Fat

Cold Water Exposure can activate a type of fat called brown fat in our bodies. Unlike regular white fat, brown fat helps burn calories to generate heat, potentially aiding in weight management. So, when you expose yourself to cold, it might give your metabolism a little extra kick, contributing to overall health.
